Very kind and professional. Took time to explain everything .

My first experience was with the online forms for new patients. I filled it out completely twice. When I hit next on the last page it goes back to the first page without retaining the information. Very frustrating and time consuming. However the staff were polite and professional when I arrived. The Dentist explained to me what he thought was going on after his examination. I would like to know if he could send me something in writing i.e., an email as to what he told me so I could relay it to Dr Atkinsor send it directly to Dr Atkins. Thank you.

Red Rock Endodontics Center was wonderful. Took quite a while to get my tooth numbed up for a root canal. Dr. Wood took his time explaining the process of numbing a tooth that was being difficult and this made me feel more comfortable. Upon leaving he explained the discomfort I would be feel for the next couple days,and when I called them the next couple days, and on the following day I found it the pain too intense he was able to handle pain management for me. Thank you so much Dr. Wood.
