Long operation , possibly unusual tooth situation. Two days later still very painful. The operation was bleak. The staff was fine. Appreciate being able to get in quickly.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The doctor appeared to have a great deal of knowledge which I appreciated since my tooth was likely fractured and needs to be pulled out.

My first experience was with the online forms for new patients. I filled it out completely twice. When I hit next on the last page it goes back to the first page without retaining the information. Very frustrating and time consuming. However the staff were polite and professional when I arrived. The Dentist explained to me what he thought was going on after his examination. I would like to know if he could send me something in writing i.e., an email as to what he told me so I could relay it to Dr Atkinsor send it directly to Dr Atkins. Thank you.

Red Rock Endodontics Center was wonderful. Took quite a while to get my tooth numbed up for a root canal. Dr. Wood took his time explaining the process of numbing a tooth that was being difficult and this made me feel more comfortable. Upon leaving he explained the discomfort I would be feel for the next couple days,and when I called them the next couple days, and on the following day I found it the pain too intense he was able to handle pain management for me.
