The staff was wonderful and Doctor very professional and friendly.

My root canal was quick and painless. Staff are courteous and explained everything. Definitely a 10!!

My experience was wonderful. Dr Morrison was very careful ( even though my root canal was more complicated than expected) and never hurt me at all. She and her assistant were both concerned and friendly. Perfect!

They were running about 30 minutes late. I wish the receptionist would’ve let me know the timeframe.The doctor and his assistant were amazing quick professional answered all my questions and worked very efficiently together.

I was pleased with the entire experience. Unfortunately I was late for my appointment but they didn't make that an issue. All staff members were pleasant and professional.I was a little nervous but they made me feel at ease. The procedure itself (root canal) went suprisingly fast and it was painless except for the pokes I felt when the doctor deadened my mouth. The only thing I would suggest is for the doctor to introduce himself when he enters the room. Dr. Horsely (spelling?) and his assistant were great!

Dr. Wood did a great job with his assistant. I feel I am on my way to feeling fine. The only problem was the front desk lady was rude to me after my procedure. She confused me with another patient and it wasn't until she showed me his insurance card that I told her it wasn't me. It was a different Charles. That was so unprofessional. She tried to tell me that my insurance, Humana wasn't covering my procedure after she told me it was covered when I checked in prior to my procedure. Despite that lady I would still recommend Red Rocks.
