I had a very pleasant experience. The doctor explained everything as the procedure went along and his assistant was great too. Dr Kunath was wonderful with a great chair side manner. Thank you so much for a very easy root canal!

My visit was very quick, which was a pleasant surprise. I did not expect a root canal to be such a smooth experience. Staff and doctors were friendly from start to finish.

I am incredibly grateful that RRE was able to see me yesterday for an emergency root canal. Everyone in the office was very kind. The dentist was a great dental detective zeroing in on the problem tooth. The dentist also completed the work swiftly.There was one opportunity for improvement, in the application of pain control. The dentist stated there was no way to minimize the pain associated with the application of Novocain. That is inaccurate. There are six ways to reduce pain associated with the injection of Novocain: 1) give the topical more time to take effect. 2) warm up the Novocain before application. 3) inject slowly. 4) wait for the first Novocain application to take full effect before proceeding with subsequent injections 5) use a fresh needle for each injection 6) use a Dentalvibe Injection System.If I had known the dentist was going to aggressively administer pain control, I would have requested nitrous to minimize my fight/flight response.Again, I am incredibly grateful to have had the work done in a timely manner, I was off the charts with my pain, and that is resolved. The dentist excellently executed the treatment protocol, and the proceedure took less time than I expected.

Your offices were welcoming, the services were easy to endure, the recovery is being managed fairly well. It hasn't been a whole day yet. Dr Horsely administered those initial painkiller shots very well. Thank you for doing what no one wants.
