They were running about 30 minutes late. I wish the receptionist would’ve let me know the timeframe.The doctor and his assistant were amazing quick professional answered all my questions and worked very efficiently together.

I was pleased with the entire experience. Unfortunately I was late for my appointment but they didn't make that an issue. All staff members were pleasant and professional.I was a little nervous but they made me feel at ease. The procedure itself (root canal) went suprisingly fast and it was painless except for the pokes I felt when the doctor deadened my mouth. The only thing I would suggest is for the doctor to introduce himself when he enters the room. Dr. Horsely (spelling?) and his assistant were great!

Dr. Wood did a great job with his assistant. I feel I am on my way to feeling fine. The only problem was the front desk lady was rude to me after my procedure. She confused me with another patient and it wasn't until she showed me his insurance card that I told her it wasn't me. It was a different Charles. That was so unprofessional. She tried to tell me that my insurance, Humana wasn't covering my procedure after she told me it was covered when I checked in prior to my procedure. Despite that lady I would still recommend Red Rocks.

Very friendly, efficient and professional! Made me feel comfortable. Paul Leveille is highly skilled and knowledgable and personable. The fact that he did not push for the root canal and, in fact, referred me back to our long term dentist showed that the dollar return was not driving the procedure.

Carrie. Was wonderful. Reassuring, professional, thoughtful. Dr Scott also seemed professional and friendly, but I didn’t get a root canal. I’m so glad they truthfully told me to pull the tooth instead. I’ve had root canals and then needed extraction and it’s a frustrating experience. Thank you.
