Sink was leaking from below. Plumber did great job. Come to find out the pipes were installed backwards So it took him all of five minutes to arrange them correctly and taking out an extra piece. Faucet still drips due to hard water deposit and valve cannot be taken off to replace the sink fixture

The home inspection was professional, she made me feel safe. She was excellent

I love the house and Tammy has been amazing. But there were several things that weren't ready for a tenant:key didn't work in front door, dryer didn't work, no hot water, etc. But I can say, that Red Wagon has been responsive to my service requests in the tenant portal. Thank you!
