The staff has been very kind and helpful. I am not happy about the mandatory utility billing "service" that I have to pay for in which I am charged a service fee from them on EVERY bill. It's an added expense I did not budget for and completely unnecessary when I can pay the bill myself directly to the provider with no service fee.

The staff is extremely helpful, professional and get back to you in a timely manner. When I have put in a work order, they get back with me and most all repairs have been completed.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. I contacted Redwagon’s Emergency maintenance phone line. Within 2 hours we had a plumber at our home rectifying and resolving the issue. Thanks Red Wagon for the quick response!!

Many of the repairs that should have taken place before I moved in were not done, no one knew who the gas purveyor was for the home, no one knew the process to get a mailbox key causing a 3-4 week delay in getting mail delivery.

Red Wagon staff is very helpful and great. The staff I encountered were very helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Staff provided third party vendor information for home services and I received a discount for being a Red Wagon client. Great job Red Wagon!
