The company is very easy going and understanding. The only downside is the office closes at noon on fridays

Everything was conducted in a timely and professional manner. Personally, I like more actual verbal communication as opposed to doing everything via the maintenance work order system. Likely a generational concern, but I think worthy of consideration.

I would like to be notify via telephone when they require information or someone is coming to complete a uarterly inspection. I prefer text or phone calls. Thank you
