Paying fees and getting keys was easy and informative. The move in specialist that gave us a property orientation was not able to answer many of my questions regarding items such as the fireplace. The property had wet carpet from just being cleaned too soon upon turnover and paint badly needed touch up. They should have given a larger window to correct these matters before allowing me to start the lease and move in.

Red Wagon has been very good to us. I am a Realtor and I am familiar with how and what property management companies do and what their responsibilities are. The team at RW has always taken good care of us and make us feel wanted and important.

Overall, I have been pleased with the services provided by Red Wagon Properties. Everyone has been responsive and pleasant to deal with, and the lease renewal process has been very easy. The only concern I have at this time is in regards to the fence around the backyard. I have submitted several requests to have it repaired/replaced, but the condition of the fence is getting worse.
