Red Wagon's customer service has been great. The one thing that is very frustrating is receiving multiple notifications for a Utility charge that has already been paid. I am still receiving notifications to pay a Utility Charge.

Over the past year Red Wagon has been pleasant to work without any issues. The only major issue is there is a $33 monthly maintenance fee which includes recieving air filters for the house that are delivered to the door. However, I only receive 1 filter and the house requires 2 filters. I am stuck buying a new air filter every month and I am already paying for this service so I see it as a scam for more money.

I love love love loveeeeeeee the staff at Red Wagon. Even the vendors they partner with to fix things around the rental property are so awesome. We hope to continue our relationship with Red Wagon. The staff really cares about the customers and they are always so friendly and professional. 1000000 out of 10 recommended them for anyone who is looking to rent.
