Had only one issue with how things happened. Spoke with them about it, they listened, asked questions, explained what they see and made corrections. Which to me is a rarity with any management company. It is basic, real communication between people. I think this makes Red Wagon exceptional above any other management company.

Management has been helpful. We just wish the house was Move-in ready.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant staff. The online management portal, and ease of use... And reporting any issues, super simple, with record of communication. We love Red Wagon!

The repairman went beyond what he was instructed to repair to prevent further damage.

Having a live person answer when I call is great, and they always are polite and cheerful. They answer all of my questions and concerns as soon as possible.

So far the renting process has been smooth and any concerns or questions I had they have answered.

Red Wagon has been our property management company since 1/2021. The very few issues we had have had have been dealt with in a timely fashion and great communication between myself and the office.

The office staff are very responsive to all requests and service orders always get completed expeditiously. I've been very happy with them.

When we were moving out, Red Wagon was scheduling showings. Not sure if this is a standard practice, but we considered this a little disrespectful since the showings were happening when our lease was still valid and it kept interrupting our moving out.
