The staff at Red Wagon is always Johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to maintenance and repair needs. Their efforts help me maintain the property in good condition. I have been a renter going on nearly four years, and always have positive interactions with the staff. I will always be grateful to them for helping me as I was going through a difficult time while caring for my father in 2020. Thank you Red Wagon for your kindness and compassion!!

The electrician was very thorough was willing to show what was a hazard and replaced a few things very professional very nice

We submitted the request right away and that same day we got a call and got it fixed asap, super nice because i did not want to be without a lock.

I think Red Wagon has done a fantastic job 95% of the time. There was one incident that definitely could have been handled with better sense of urgency & communication. They’ve otherwise been professional, responsive and pleasant.

The Team at Red Wagon (Abbey and Annika) are always helpful when calling or emailing for assistance. They provide great customer service and make the experience of renting a pleasant one.

Customer service is outstanding. Work orders for the most part are done in a timely manner. Simple Bill's are horrible. They don't get utilities turned on or set in a timely fashion. Tenants should have the option to be responsible for set and payment of their own bills.
