Very happy with the staff, every time I've had a question, they are warm, friendly, professional and down to earth, we really appreciate that! The online portal makes it easy to pay rent, and report any maintenance requests, I don't even want to imagine the old ways of doing this! Streamlined and accessible with technology, I love it! And...even after six months, we are still so grateful for how the team helped us and worked with us as we processed the entire onboarding from 1500 miles away. We are very happy with Red wagon!

Staff is always friendly and efficient. And I will always be indebted to Red Wagon for their support during this period in my life when I lost my father. Their willingness to contact the owner of the property to ask if I could adopt my father's beloved cat (his constant companion), will always be remembered as it showed compassion and kindness.

We've had 3 work orders. One in November (plumbing fixing toilet) and 2 in October. 1 was underground pipe and the other was fixing fence. All 3 vendors were fantastic. I especially liked their communication. Friendly. Sadie Mae is also quick and extremely helpful. I can tell she cares about our work order issues.
