Out of the almost 13 years of renting in San Antonio, this was my first experience in dealing with a property management company. With my previous 3 rentals, we dealt directly with the owner or his property manager, which was a relative. So, the learning curve has been great. I do not care for the Simplebills feature, which I know is up the the owner's discretion, not RWP's. I always pay my utility bills on time and don't want to pay for the fee, but it is what it is. So far, most of the things that needed to be replaced/fixed, have been accomplished. I still believe the window treatments that are not working should be replaced, since the blinds will not go up, and the French doors have nothing on them for privacy. I am paying almost $2300, which is a lot for not having 4 window treatments working in a main living space and not having blinds put on the French doors. But as I mentioned, this is up to the owner, not up to RWP.

I loveeeeeee the staff at red wagon. They are super friendly, so helpful and just all around knowledgeable and amazing! They value you as a renter! They made this whole process so easy and painless. We would not only rent from them again but we highly recommend them as a rental company. Ms. Emily and Ms. Annika were absolutely gems. I cannot thank them enough for everything!

They came to fix the water pressure and had it done quickly. I think it was 2 days total. But the pressure changed on day one. Very well mannered and kept me posted as he handled the job. Great job guys!!!

We are very pleased with the staff! They kindly took our repeated calls as we coordinated a long distance move from three states away. The online portal organizes and documents service requests, and keeps everything in one place. And we love our new rental home! Thank you!
