You need to train your Outlander 2025 service reps on how to talk to a customer.Go over what will be done.Go over what was done versus SIGN HERE, HERE, and HERE.You need to offer customers a free cup of coffee or a free bottle of water.My service was fast because it is a new car. It only took 30 minutes at the 10,519 mileage point.When do I take my car back the next time?My sticker was not updated in my window?No communication on next steps. Do I take my car back at 30,000?I expect a RETURN PHONE CALL after leaving a voicemail message.

My sales rep Kevin Flores worked really hard to get me an approval, looked into all options for me so I didn’t leave disappointed. I would recommend and refer Kevin 1000% . It’s so many places I’ve been to in the past and once they see things are too hard they just send you on your way but not here. I also got extra gas and a clean up!
