There was no WOW factor. It basically was here’s your vehicle let’s go over the features. Other dealerships present delivery of vehicle with a bow on the vehicle. Underwhelming.Being offered water is nice but buying a vehicle is a long process it would have been nice. to be offered snacks ( cookies, chips..something)Freddie was very patient but lacked enthusiasm. More excitement and energy would have been nice since buying a vehicle is such a long process. I was bored and sat around waiting mostly.Came in at 11am left shortly after 4pm. Way too long of a process.Location and facility cleanliness

There were several scratches on the vehicle’s paint, which the dealer acknowledged and agreed to repair, requiring me to return the car to the dealership for the necessary work. Additionally, the engine area, door sills, charging port, and all corners of the vehicle were extremely dirty, and we had to spend considerable time cleaning them.I am very happy to have completed this business at this dealership and to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Allen, whose experience, professionalism, and kindness made this process particularly positive.The seller was highly experienced, professional, and transparent throughout the transaction. I am very pleased with my purchase and satisfied with the overall experience.

n/aThey replaced the cabin air filter but the cubby door was not closed latched on properly and kept opening while I was driving. So had to pull over and fix it myself.When I got to the dealership around 8am the entrance was blocked not open yet. I had to go around wait for about 10 mins and come.back again.
