I do have one issue. At the time of negotiation, Miguel Mejia had ask me that if we had a deal, the dealership would make my final lease payment of $362 to Santander. But that did not happen for some reason and now Santander has marked my payment past due which will affect my credit score. Can someone help me with that?I believe everyone there had my best interest. I was treated with care by my sales person Michael, who was knowledgeable even though new. Miguel Mejia superb professionalism and tony in finance, I loved him, he reminded me of Robert de Niro

You guys were awesome!Michael and Paul were amazing! They showed great customer service, were friendly, attentive and were knowledgeable. One of the managers, Miguel also called to make sure our experience was positive. Loved that Carl already followed up and called to set up our first maintenance appointment for our first oil change. They are a wonderful team that goes above and beyond to meet your needs. We will definitely purchase our next car at Redondo Beach Mitsubishi.

This happened my first visit to Redondo Mitsubishi at 4k miles but they changed my license plate frame without asking to one that advertises their location and I thought that was soooo weird and kind of creepy. I didn’t notice right away and I don’t know who did it so it may not have been these most recent team members but that did happen at this location.Simple quick service
