Everyone here has been wonderful! I was so worried about my mom but they took the best care of her and our family! They have 2 beautiful outside areas that my mother just loved and we did too. The first night she was here Daniela was so wonderful to her and to our family we so appreciate how much she helped us. If your loved one needs care this is the best place to send them.

My own personal thoughts are that its a great place everyone’s friendly and you can count on quality care from everyone. If I ever need SNF again I will definitely come back here.

I had a good experience at redwood cove. When I first got here I was out of it and had to rely on staff for a lot. They took good care of me and I love the food.

Therapy was amazing as well as the CNAs. CNAs did a great job and have foot attitudes but would benefit from having an extra person on hand. The quality of the food isn't the best but the dietary department did great at following preferences. It would be nice to have an orientation sheet with facility info and to be able to know who the department head staff are

Th nursing staff was great. Everyone was friendly thy room was always clean therapy was very helpful. The food needs some improvement
