Hi Mike. We've been here a little over a year. Alysha assigned Tony Llamas to do all the repairs here. All I can say is that you're very fortunate to have such a skilled, patient, resourceful, and sincere technician as Tony. I have total confidence in him that repairs will be done properly. He's proved himself time and time again. What a valuable resource you have !!! When Alysha was here, the interaction with Redwood RPM was very personal. We miss that. Has someone else taken her place? Can I reach out to you if need be? After renting the last 15yrs, and dealing with a number of owners and rental companies, I couldn’t imagine renting a property other then from Redwood Property Management. I’ve been renting this home going on 3yrs now and have experienced nothing but outstanding service from their entire staff.

The house a several issues the light in the bedroom has not remote control, and curtains are broken they need to replace.
