Usually I’ve worked with owners and not property management. So far I’ve found that response time is slow and communication is sparse when come to taking care of problems in the rental. Currently I’m almost two weeks without a stove vent and microwave. It’s been very frustrating.

I’ve had a great experience with RPM. They are quick to respond to all of my maintenance requests. They have gone above and beyond once when I was out of town and had an urgent need to allow a family member access to my home. I’ve had a great experience.

Hi Mike. We've been here a little over a year. Alysha assigned Tony Llamas to do all the repairs here. All I can say is that you're very fortunate to have such a skilled, patient, resourceful, and sincere technician as Tony. I have total confidence in him that repairs will be done properly. He's proved himself time and time again. What a valuable resource you have !!! When Alysha was here, the interaction with Redwood RPM was very personal. We miss that.
