Tony has done the majority of maintenance work here & is always polite, considerate & knowledgeable.

We had two projects done around the same time - our water heater was replaced and a tree out front was removed, plus a tree in the back was pruned. Redwood's service on the first project was fairly timely, though I didn't hear back about scheduling until the day after I called. Same-day service is not always necessary, but it helps to know ASAP when someone can come in. The tree work was also well-managed once your team was able to reach Emil about the urgency of the work, though that process took months.

The office staff have been great to work with. I love my new place.
