Robin and Sheryl are very easy to deal with. They respond quickly to questions and problems. Recently, on a Saturday, my air conditioning wasn’t cooling. The temperature outside was above 90. I contacted Sheryl who worked on finding emergency service. A technician came at 6:99 pm and repaired the problem. Sheryl followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. Great job!

My comments are regarding 184 Brandy Creek Cir SE, Palm Bay, FL. The house is magnificent with a wonderful view. The challenges with the A/C were tiresome, and we appreciated your immediate responses. We were not happy AT ALL about having a non-working ice maker in the freezer. We understand that it is your policy to not warranty the icemakers and we don't have to agree with it either; especially in Florida. The only reason we tolerated it was that we knew our lease would be only for one manageable year. You made up for that by allowing us out of the lease a month early due at an opportune time that was win/win for all of us: 1) a new renter and commission for the property manager and 2) we got to move into our forever home earlier than planned. Our property manager and the office staff was always professional and responded quickly. Your handyman (Barry +1) always did a great job. Our experience was great overall and we will refer our friends to you. Great job. Thank you!

ReMax, Ly and Kristin have always been prompt in responding to needs for service calls, etc. and Palm Bay Air & Heat recently did a great job on the new ac installation. As always, Kristin was very pleasant and complimentary during our recent 6 month home inspection. We love living in Palm Bay in our rental home!
