Knowing not anyone's fault but has notice that every year its a 50 dollar increase and is blame on taxes when I know it isn't the truth just want honest answers when I ask a question on why the price raises..

I just added a filter for the ice maker in the refrigerator. I had to buy a whole new shower. faucet , and drain for the shower was so stopped up my daughters shampoo would not come out . It has been like this for years as the awful handyman that you sent said it was still good enough . I spent $725 on up grades and I have the receipts . I do think your office should re-imburse me not for labor but for the 105.00 I spent on my daughter's shower hardware. I find that your use of an impossibly rude handyman and one that is always booked makes it necessary that I pay everything out of pocket as if I owned the place. The air conditioner is finally working because the last time they came he removed the computer part and it works with no problems as a normal thermostat. Thank you for that. Laneri W Hood
