Absolutely excellent! I followed my property manager, Ly, to Remax and have been very happy with every aspect. I know I don't have to worry about a thing with my rental property, even though I'm states away.

Service was provided within two days, I have only seen one pest problem since service. Contractor said to watch for ten days or so and if the problem continues they will return NO CHARGE to readdress the issue. I'll do just that.
