We were very pleased with the organization for getting us in here. Since moving in, we have had a few issues with appliances, etc. When problems arise, they are VERY responsive and get things taken care of fast.

The guys did an outstanding job in cutting down the rest of the fallen tree and completely cleaning up after the job!! Am very happy with their work!!

Response time and problem resolution could be much better. The kitchen mold problem that took almost a month to rectify was apparently due to a recalcitrant property owner, but communication at all levels could have been a lot better. The more recent plumbing situation was unpleasant and the delays caused considerable inconvenience for me. All that aside, the apartment has been mostly pleasant and the dealings with staff have been quite pleasant. Liz is a gem. Now how about dealing with the laundry room? One washer, one dryer for months.

The property management agent is very professional and knowledgable; also, quite easy to talk to, and obviously understanding of both the owner's and renter's perspectives. My highest recommendations for this agent!

I have had a pretty great experience so far. There were a few issues with my home when I first moved in however it was easy to work with my remax person to get them quickly resolved. I've also been able to communicate primarily via email which to me is preferable to constantly being on the phone.

We couldn't ask for a better real estate management group to deal with. Prompt and courteous.
