Customer Service is great but the sudden change of price for the unit after only two months is unappealing

It’s one of the cleanest facilities I’ve been to . Convenient location and easy access. It’s 20 minutes from my house.

Rascist employee in office on 12/7/2025. She refused to state her name. She locked the office all day. Needed to make a purchase she refused service and stated she felt unsafe around black people. She also called the police on us for what reason? Need someone to reach out immediately. I will be contacting legal. The entire interaction was recorded.

Staff in office is racist she called the police on a customer? What was the reason? No customer service skills. She stated she felt unsafe around black people that’s why she called the police. How do you employ this type of racist employees? This occurred on Saturday 12/6/2025 she refused to give her name also. Locked herself in office all day did not open the doors.

The storage is very good. A bit too expensive but good.

Staff is professional and friendly. The location is ideal and well maintained

People I spoke with were very kind and friendly.

Had no problems. Everything was safe and easy accessible.

Unit was kept well...A/C...and clean....Rates were TOO HIGH!!!!
