George, the General Manager, at Renaissance Self Storage ( Cube Smart) in Boynton Beach, FL was able to switch storage units for me one day before my move because the elevator was out of operation. The new storage unit was very close to the remaining operational elevator and made the move go very smoothly. Excellent job George!!!
