After good initial customer service, I felt that I had to chase the saleman to respond to my requests for a formal quote in order to compare with some other vehicles I had been looking at. Clearly, i was not considered a serious buyer as my request was finally met with a monthly figure, no other details about the PCP and no attempt at follow up. I have taken my business to Shelbourne. It is surprising that the service was so poor at Renault, given how exceptional I found it at CH Toyota.

Rang about Renault Austral & arranged to come view car , when I arrived sales rep took me to see car & I said that I was happy to buy car , then I was told it was just sold & I think one of the sales staff bought it ,a wasted journey, I was then told you could get me another one , tbh it's your staff member should got another one & that car sold to me , I wasn't trading in a straight buyer ready to buy , very disappointed

I was very happy with the work that you done to my car

I am writing to formally complain regarding two long-standing, unresolved issues with the Renault Zoe I purchased approximately one month ago. Despite repeated follow-ups with Sales Executive Ellen Hickland since March 2nd, the problems remain. Firstly, the alloy wheel repairs are unsatisfactory; the previous work was a simple paint touch-up over scratches. Although a new company was supposed to contact me by March 19th, I have received no call or update. To expedite the resolution, I have sourced a local quote for a full refurbishment from Drogheda Wheel Clinic (€750) and request that you either arrange this repair directly or transfer the funds so I can proceed. Secondly, the necessary software update to change the odometer and range displays from miles to kilometres has not been resolved. I was promised a response from a service colleague, Caitlin, on March 13th, and again on March 16th, but no contact has been received to date regarding how to resolve this.

Been with Renault for just over six years and have brilliant service from them. I would like to mention Gareth White sales person who has helped me in the past years with buying new cars and a other few things brilliant sales person 👌

The deal shown on screen in the showroom was totally different to the one presented in an official quote.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delays and communication issues concerning my Renault Captur order, placed in early December 2025. Despite being assured that the process would take 6-8 weeks, I have encountered significant delays, and the vehicle remains undelivered.The car arrived on 21/01/2026, but the IVA test has yet to be conducted. On 12/03/2026, I spoke with Steven Powers, who is overseeing our order. He was uncertain as to why our vehicle was not included with others for IVA testing and promised to consult his manager and call me back. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any follow-up.I have contacted the sales team on five occasions in total. Each time, I was assured a callback by the end of the day, citing lack of information as the reason for the delay. On 18/03/2026, I was once again promised a callback, but, as of 20:30, after having called at 15:18, I have not been contacted.The continuing need for me to initiate contact and the lack of follow-through on promises has left me feeling frustrated and neglected. I am unsure if these delays relate to our vehicle being a disability car, which further amplifies my concerns, impeding my mental health and causing me great stress.I have shown exceptional patience throughout this process, yet I remain unclear on when to expect delivery of the vehicle. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a resolution.I appreciate your understanding of my dismay and look forward to your immediate response. Please note that I am writing this on behalf of Theresa Walsh, who the car is ordered for. As full time carer for her I am the one who has been in communication with the Sales team.
