Absolute legend of a gentleman honestly take a trip down to newtownards not Belfast branch too busy and you need an appointment with them newtownards treat you like royalty and that’s few and far between now

It was a waste of time.I wasn't even able to take a test drive in the car I was there to see, even though it was advertised as being at the showroom.Salesperson said that she would email me a quote for trading in my car, never happened, so I didn't bother returning to the showroom.Actually bought a car from a dealership in Portadown.

Sales person very knowledgeable and helpful

Dear Renault,I have used Renault dealers for many years and always had excellent service. Last year Bells of Crossgar was not available for me to purchase a new Renault and so I had to use Charles Hurst Renault Belfast. On Monday of this week I took my car to Charles Hurst Belfast for its first service. The whole experience was extremely unsatisfactory.Charles Hurst Belfast is more than 20 miles from my home but I was offered an appointment at 9:45 which suited me. So I assumed that the work would be finished in a couple of hours. However on arriving at Charles Hurst I was informed that I was 17 on the schedule and that it would be nearer to 16:00 before the car would be ready. My husband and I then spent the rest of the day in Belfast city centre passing time, waiting for a call from Hurst that the car was ready. This call never came but we went back to the dealership around 15:00. After a short wait the car was declared ready. When I left the dealership and started the journey home, I discovered that the automatic brake had been switched off and my Dashcam had been unplugged. I expected that the vehicle would be in proper working order and did not anticipate that I would have to return to the dealership to have these matters rectified. I feel that my safety and that of my husband and other road users has been put at risk because of this negligence. While the brake was working, I am used to it working automatically especially at lights. So it was quite a shock when this did not happen.I have four complaints:1.My Automatic Brake was switched off and not reconnected2.My Dashcam was unplugged and not reconnected.3.If one is offered an appointment for 9.45 one expects the car to be seen at that time.4. I later received an email from Chris saying that the dealership had carried out a free Vehicle Inspection. I have a service package paid for in my monthly payments to RCI Financial Services. I don't understand how this service could then have been free. (I expect some clarification on this matter.)I hope this matter will be taken seriously because I have had great pleasure using Renault cars over more than 20 years and would be disappointed if I needed to move my custom to another company in the future.Yours sincerely,Mairead Patton

Not a single person working there was interested in selling me a car!! Asked for help and any deals that may be on for new cars. Was told to look around and then find the girl again which I did. Whe sat down she asked me again what I wanted form her that day. Again I asked for any deals or offers on a new car. She took my email address and surprise surprise… no email ever followed! I was very keen on a new captura but she was not keen to sell me on! Really a very disappointing experience

I was interested to take a Rafale, then an Austral. I contacted Renault Belfast Charles Hurst several times before someone contacted me. I was then given an offer. I decided to take the Austral iconic from a different leasing company.

When I replied I asked about a Lookers dealer closer to me and Belfast replied that there was but did not forward my enquiry to them or give me any contact at the more local dealer.

Cause she rang me late afternoon just about to close and said hadn't time to give me details we're just about to close,said she would ring me bk next day ,then phone rang wen I was at appointment.so put me off right away ice decided not to bother .
