Spoke to Ethan, spoke to Stephen, both promised to send me video of the car by email but didn’t. Phoned and asked for Joe ( told his surname was Health, which was corrected to Heath). Was told he wasn’t available but would call me back. He didn’t. Absolutely dreadful for a Lookers subsidiary.

The young lady that is looking after my repairs on my car was helpful and very efficient new her product,the young lady that asked if we where interested in a new car was friendly and approachable, the gentleman man that stepped in with her was too pushy and wouldn't give a direct price on our car as a trade in ,we where only enquiring .

After cancelled a car reservation my money hasn't been refunded after 3 days as stated in the policy. It's day 7 and still waiting. After two emails sent to the dealer I haven't gotten any response back.

I booked in to test drive a car, no car was avaiable to test drive so this was a total waste of my time.

I visited the showroom on 16 October after an invitation to review my situation. I met with Ellen Hickland who confirmed she would email me through the details of what we discussed, and the figures involved in part-exchanging my vehicle. She did not follow up so I emailed her on 17 October with my queries. I did not receive a reply so I chased for a response on 27 October, but have still heard nothing. I am therefore seeking a new vehicle from elsewhere.

Been in three times. First time no one couos see me, made appointment to come back, your employee had no clue aboit finance options or figures. Came back a third time to look, employee couldn't tell me when car was would be available. Said I wanted the one in the show room and was told I couldnt have it but 3 weeks prior to that I was told it was sold to someone. So I order to purchase a car, I jad to iur have before being ts when I could havee one.. ridiculous.... fella went thought a quote and it turned out mo they.paents were a hella lot higher tha quoted before. Try sending your staff to BMW for customer service training. Will never be back near Renault..even throwing money as you all, ya still couldn't loft the phone. This email for a survey is the first instance heard from anyone...seems yoi dont need kich skill to seel cars these day or any knowledge for that matter.
