Hi , Steven was brilliant with me from the start of the enquiry, over the phone conversation And also my visit To arrange a new car and test drive This time for me is a very difficult time with physical ailments due to operations I have had and also waiting on a few more. So Steven helped me get a new car In the process arranged ASAP.and what I need for for the next few years or so Also I met Ruth as I walked In to renault And shecwas very warm personality And really talked to me to upgrade to what I need in no time at all Before I sat down with Steven as to continue with all what was needed ,you have two good people on your team and it was really appreciated. I look forward now in receiving my new vehicle I have had a business myself with twenty men working for me So I can tell what is needed from staff, personality , and corresponding face to face with customers is important.thank you Kind regards Cliff Owens.
