Disappointed with your payment machine as declining my Debit card and Credit Card. I may add both had adequate funds. I had asked had you another machine but you only had the one in that department. Caitlin organised payment to be taken from my account and contacted me that evening to reassure me that it was fault of your payment machine which put my mind at rest - as I had been afraid to use my card on the way home. Positive for your staff.
