I would especially like to thank Shareen Hamilton for her service during my recent visits. As a previous long standing customer I decided to go elsewhere last year for my car service after my visit to Charles Hurst Renault Belfast in 2019 was not of such a pleasant nature. Shareen's customer service has made me reconsider this for now. The only thing I would of liked is the offer of a lift to and from my place of work when making the appointment, which was not done with Shareen, especially as I arranged my service weeks in advance.

the shuttle bus service has gone, would like to see this back, a long time from 09:30, to 15:00, to wait on boucher road.

It is not clear, when first entering the premises, whether one should wait at the front desk or just walk on in and up to the Service/Repairs desks.

I have no negative comments, just keep up your good service to your customers 👍

My car was being serviced and as I have decreased mobility I appreciated the car being collected from my home and returned later .

I had raised an MOT concern with Hurst Renault but the matter was handled very promptly, courteously and professionally.
