Mr Paul Loughrey dealt with myself during the time that my vehicle was being repaired.He was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He updated me by telephone when there were additional matters requiring attention & he was able to work out the best deal for the cost of the repair. The handover of my vehicle before & after the repair was completed promptly & without fuss.

I have been dealing with Charles Hurst Belfast for over 9 years now; I have found that the post sales attention is excellent , with every effort made to correct/answer any of my queries.Even when I call in to the dealership to ask for help, the staff spare no effort to have me back on the road as quickly as possible with the minimum of waiting time.

I would especially like to thank Shareen Hamilton for her service during my recent visits. As a previous long standing customer I decided to go elsewhere last year for my car service after my visit to Charles Hurst Renault Belfast in 2019 was not of such a pleasant nature. Shareen's customer service has made me reconsider this for now. The only thing I would of liked is the offer of a lift to and from my place of work when making the appointment, which was not done with Shareen, especially as I arranged my service weeks in advance.

the shuttle bus service has gone, would like to see this back, a long time from 09:30, to 15:00, to wait on boucher road.

It is not clear, when first entering the premises, whether one should wait at the front desk or just walk on in and up to the Service/Repairs desks.

I have no negative comments, just keep up your good service to your customers 👍
