I dealt with Paul in Services regarding my car service who was very helpful and ensured that I was kept up to date on progress as well as explaining the work that needed to be done. I also dealt with Stephen through the booking process who was also very helpful and ensured I was fully aware of the process for the service. All round a very good experience, excellent customer service.

There was a mix up with the booking dates so when I called to ask about leaving it up early I was told it hadn’t been booked in at all meaning it was booked in the following week which wasn’t ideal due to family circumstances. Other than that, all good.

Rather than be given a drop your car off 8am or 9am for example and collect at 4pm or 5pm it would be better to give a shorted window that is closer with the actual time your cars work is scheduled to start.
