A few minor things - the number that appears when someone from the dealership rings can't be rung back. It goes to an automated response. The website can be temperamental so it's not clear that a booking has been confirmed.

Yes we did get sent a video but the sound quality was very poor but the guy in service department Paul Loughery was more than helpful. He rang & explained everything. He also answered all our questions when we went to collect the car.

Had to return a couple of days later as a message came up on the computer system saying "low battery in keyfob". I was attended to very quickly.
