The aircon has been giving me trouble, i've had to return to the dealership twice and still not fixed, 2 days taken off work and associated costs of travel incurred not acknowledged. Pat at the dealership however was excellent.

I was not offered a test drive with the car before I bought it. When enquiring about actual service and information books I was told to look online. These books were in the boot which I discovered when I arrived home. I was also not informed that there were two tanks . That one was bio fuel and it was important to keep it filled. So overall the handing over the car was not inspiring, I was just handed the keys. I also have no idea if I have a spare wheel . Overall this was not a great part of the deal as it gave me the thought that the car salesman was just interested in getting a car sold.

I dealt with a girl called Ruth, she was fantastic through the process of changing my car. Lovely to deal with her, always keepers me updated. Hope to deal with her the next time again.

Paul was a great help booking in the service and contacting me prior to make sure I had everything I needed before arriving for the car service. On the day Paul was extremely helpful and took the time to go through all the paperwork. The showroom was well set up for covid safety and made me feel at ease. I received updates at every stage of the car service, including a video (nice touch). Very friendly and professional service.

Shame about the lack of mats and mudflaps. But at least they are on order.
