Staff member got back quickly.Very friendly and helpful.

Spoke to Ethan, spoke to Stephen, both promised to send me video of the car by email but didn’t.Phoned and asked for Joe ( told his surname was Health, which was corrected to Heath). Was told he wasn’t available but would call me back. He didn’t.Absolutely dreadful for a Lookers subsidiary.

The young lady that is looking after my repairs on my car was helpful and very efficient new her product,the young lady that asked if we where interested in a new car was friendly and approachable, the gentleman man that stepped in with her was too pushy and wouldn't give a direct price on our car as a trade in ,we where only enquiring .

After cancelled a car reservation my money hasn't been refunded after 3 days as stated in the policy. It's day 7 and still waiting. After two emails sent to the dealer I haven't gotten any response back.
