I am happy with the service team, however I inquired about a courtesy car as my car was with the team for 3 days however because the work took no more than 3 hours I wasn't offered one. Even though my car was away for three days! In addition I rang up twice enquiring about a courtesy car and was told to hire one, however when I went to collect my keys I said again that a courtesy car would have been very beneficial and was told that if I had rang the RAC they would have given me one and that is what other customers do, I said that information would have been beneficial the two times I rang and the guy just shrugged his shoulders. However no one told me that prior, which was very frustrating and why I have given you a two star.

Can't say enough thank you as they have repaired my car very fast. I handed my car on Friday and it was ready to go on Tuesday right on time for me to move to England. Thank you so much ❤

I usually book the service over the telephone. On this occasion I used the on-line booking link which had been e-mailed to me. As a result I received two phone to calls to repeat all of the details which had been already submitted. The second of the calls was from a male who did not have any of the submitted details, did not even know that it was a service which I required as he asked me "what is wrong with the car"! He also did not check the system to see that I am a long term customer. That person was not Caitlin at the service desk who dealt with me when I arrived for the service or Phillip at the desk who dealt with me during the service procedure. Both of them were helpful, efficient & friendly.

We had the Captur in for service as warning light had come on. We were told all four tyres needed to be replaced. We had this done but the service light wouldn’t go so we had to return and was explained to us we needed one of the wheel sensors replaced. A bit of a nightmare but happy with everyone who took care of us.
