Have always recieved nothing but the best of customer service either my wife or I when getting a car from Charles Hurst motors. This occasion was no different with courteous friendly and very professional service. Gareth was very attentive and accommodating to slight difficulties on my side regarding proof of driving licence. On hand over he was very helpful nothing no trouble to make sure we were conversed with Clio,even waiting to make sure we could ignition started. The reassurance to not hesitate in any query regarding the car,all in all made great dealership and excellent choice to once again to use Charles Hurst. Thanks again would have no hesitation to recommend to friends or family.

Just to say that Ruth from the Boucher Road show room was really lovely and went out of her way for me to come in to meet me on her day off. Would recommend anyone to go meet with her if interested in changing car. Jordan was also very helpful too. Thank you both 😊.

First time I had bought a car without seeing it in situ. Tony McGurk provided all the information I needed plus 2 videos tailored for me. Ordered the car from Belfast on Wednesday afternoon it was on my drive in Birmingham the following lunchtime. Excellent.
