The video report was very useful - I didn’t catch the operator’s name, but he seemed to know what he was talking about. The Sales Adviser, Sam Russell, was courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful - my expected lift home didn’t turn up and Sam arranged a lift from John. The car has proved reliable over its first six years, helped by top-line servicing; I see no reason to change it, but I know where my first stop will be if I ever need to change.

Hands down dealing with Joe Finnegan was the best thing as he put me at ease from the start. Joe was a delight to have looking after me. Will definitely be back to Boucher road again to deal with Joe in the future.

The progress updates on progess of my vehicle through the system was behind the reality. Eg my vehicle was ready and in the customer car park whilst the app was showing the car still being worked on ( with 2 more areas to move through.
