The documents sent to me by email for signature were very difficult. After signing they often didn't transmit back to you, without indicating that this had happened. It therefore to some time to complete. Also the file names of the documents were too long, it appeared that same document had been sent twice, when they were different. Very confusing.

On delivery of the vehicle I was disapointed to find the intetior of the car to be dirty. My nephew who also communicayed with you in relation to the vehicle is going to email you regarding this.
