Richard Waller was very informative, very helpful . Nothing was too much trouble. I have never purchased a car online before. But felt at ease once chatting to Richard. He talked me through the process, answered all my questions and I could not be happier with the car. I also need to mention , Nigel who drove the car, 238 miles to me and did so with a smile. I would like to have driven a little further on the test drive. I am at fault for not asking for an extended drive. I am now fully aware of the cars characteristics. we were looking for an automatic car ( which we did find ),but we thought it would have been helpful if all the automatics had been grouped together, instead of having to check every car on show !, just a thought from an old shopkeeper !,but obviously did not affect the sale.
