Error on the MOT certificate. Rang twice to report the mistake but still waiting to hear back from the dealership to rectify this issue.

All my dealings were via telephone calls. So, no visit to the showroom, and the basis of my business was only part-exchange plus cash. My initial contact with Renault Lookers was handled in a friendly, business-like manner. The promised callback by 'Graham' was made promptly, with an approach that was welcome, not at all pushy. There was much to commend the car of interest. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach a mutually acceptable 'price to change'.

On line form didn’t work despite signing umpteen times, more forms kept coming!

Initially Sam and then Mark handled the purchase efficiently and smoothly. Everything was explained well and the car arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date, so all-in-all I was very happy with the experience.
