Would have made it 5 star, but several times l was left hanging around while no one came to see what l wanted.

Didn't have too long a wait for first service.Chap on reception very curtious and provided me with a suitable chair as I have recently had a complete hip replacement.Would have thought car to be washed down especially in current covid climate as door handles would have been touched even if gloves were worn.
