Very easy process. This is the second car we've bought from Lookers Nissan Carlisle. Sincere thanks to Hugo and staff for their professionalism, courtesy, and care. Hugo spent a great deal of time ensuring we understood everything about the process from how the automatic worked to the necessary paperwork. It was a pleasure to deal with him unlike experiences we have had elsewhere in the past.

I would have given five stars but our car wasent charged up when we came to pick it up.. this was not Andrew’s fault as he was off until Monday the day we picked it up.. otherwise the service over all was very good
