Neil was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, we were given plenty of information about products, part exchange and given time to make decisions, so far we are really pleased with the service provided and the car we purchased.

We were dealt with initially by Scott who was very helpful in guiding us through our purchase. When we came to pick our car up Craig dealt with us and again we were really satisfied with the service

I was very happy to meet Matthew, of the Chester Dealership, not only did he listen to my requirements of a car, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My budget was approximately £10,000 - so not huge by any means, but he showed me the courtesy and respect of a prospective buyer. Thank you

Visit to the dealer was excellent. Appointment was arranged very efficiently at short notice, and the Salesman, Darren Davis, was very knowledgable and very helpful in answering questions and sourcing a specification of car very close to our requirements. Parking at the dealership for customers is appalling, and only by virtue of being directed to use a Disabled Bay were we able to find parking. Unfortunately the New Clio is no longer a suitable vehicle for my wife's needs. This is very unfortunate as she has had every iteration of the Clio since inception. However, now the Clio is only available as a 5 door variant, with poor rear and three-quarter visibility, the configuration no longer fits the brief. Additionally, the removal of items such as electrically folding door mirrors and the lack of a "warm" sport model in the range further moves the Clio off the short list. All very sad given continuous Clio ownership over 5 Clio purchases since the very first version..

Lookers were very helpful. It was a phone call chat not a showroom visit. I am a mobility customer of yours and I am able to order a new car at the end of April. So we were chatting about what was available and apparently it changes the 1st of April. I have plenty of information from the staff as usual their great.

The experience was neutral. The test drive was great, car available as booked, presented well and a reasonable time to drive unaccompanied was allowed. Product knowledge of the vehicle was poor, I had to research the specifications online later. It was clear that part exchange wasn’t wanted. Sales staff were friendly and not at all pushy. Despite expressing serious interest in buying the vehicle I received no follow up call. I had to contact the dealership directly which wasn’t easy as calls went to the Lookers central call centre and transferred calls rang out unanswered several times. No negotiation on price was available, most unusual. I genuinely felt that they didn’t want me to buy the car. If the vehicle had not been nearly new with its manufacturers warranty I would have walked away. Thankfully the car is amazing, like new. Well presented on collection and available on time. I was charged £16 for the vehicle to be fully charged but it was only 75% when I collected it. I have since independently taken out Alloy wheel insurance and a service plan. These were never offered by Lookers. A most unusual car buying experience.

We found Darren and the trainee salesman with him were very helpful and sorted out a car for us even though we had been told earlier in the week that no such vehicle was available. The trainee was very friendly and very anxious to help ( sorry I can’t remember his name ).
