Great initial experience. Test drive availability excellent. Staff friendly. Poor product knowledge, I had to research the car’s features later online. Very low part exchange offer, it was clear that px wasn’t wanted. Car was excellent and a reasonable price. The spec I wanted so I bought it. First car buying experience where there was no deal to be had. £42000 vehicle.

Car had lots of scratches which I was told would be buffed out and were not car seats were covered in marks not clean, not what you expect from a 9 thousand pounds car, no car mats either car generally had not been cleaned inside, seal popping out of back boot window I hope this car has had all the appropriate checks
