Carys was really helpful and knowledgeable, as well as very patient as we had 2 young kids with us. Only reason we didn't pursue with car purchase was due to a re-evaluation of finances. Nothing more that we could have asked of Carys. She did a great job. 👍

Harvey Appleby at the Chester dealership was extremely professional and accommodating during our visit. He covered all financial aspects thoroughly and it enabled us to go ahead with the vehicle of our choice.

The team member I dealt with (Kashmir Singh) was very good at responding to queries, etc., quickly. It was helpful to have the option to communicate both via e-mail and over the phone, but I was a little uncomfortable about being asked to sign documentation electronically before the admin team had completed all the details. When I arrived at the dealership, it would have also been helpful if the team knew a little more about the specifications of the vehicles, though I appreciate that the particular vehicle that I purchased had just arrived at the dealership.
