Went into the showroom to view a car only two members of staff and 4 peopleWaiting to be seen No one came or spoke to us and we waited 30 mins and just left

We have ordered a nhs fleet solutions lease car. The scenic etech was ordered in November and shown as available in December 2025 this was later changed to January 2026 and today we are told it’s now February 2026. This has all been via automated email and not once has any representative from the company made personal contact with us. Can you priovide us with a more realistic delivery date please and if not why is this?

customer went in approx 3pm, looking to purchase new Renault 5, spend 20-25 mins looking and getting a feel of the vehicle and was ignored by the 3 sales people who were just chatting at their desk, one even walked past him and did not acknowledge him. no-one interacted with him during the visit. additionally has attempted to call today and phone just rings off with no attempt to answer. has stated following the experience will be looking to purchase elsewhere.

In September I bought a brand new Rafale Atelier from Lookers Chester. Sales team are 5 star.The post sales really really poor customer service, to the point where personally Id never buy a car from them again.Car developed a fault - Check Electric System - and was recovered by the RAC.Over a week later..still carless...zero updates from the service team.... I had to chase them every time....still not diagnosed... now with no transport to work tomorrow....they still cant guarentee my car will be ready by 1700hrs...AND...theres a Renault factory recall Lookers have not addressed !!!...in over a week.I have been failed as a customer.

This is NOT a complaint about Lookers Chester, but there is no CALL CENTRE option.This is a complaint about your Call Centre who make you never want to buy a car from Lookers ever, and believe me I wont.Yesterday my 6mth old car showed a check electrical systems warning light.So I rang Lookers to book it in...1430 Call 1... details provided...put on hold.. got cut offCall 2.. didnt listen.. booked me ib for a repair..on a date I couldnt attend..despite telling them twice I couldnt attend.. they.couldnt get off the phone quick enough..Call 3....Told..Contact the RAC..There were numerous calls..Im not complaining about Jessica she was the only helpfull person there..Its also not surprising there are no options of Call centre for complaints.

From placing my vehicle order in September 2025, to collecting the vehicle on 22 December 2025 to a verbal non-existent " you will receive a follow-up after sales calls in 3 days, I feel thoroughly let down by your complete lack of customer service.The experience didn't start well with the EV charger not being ordered and requiring my intervention to chase the matter up eventually contacting Andersen direct. Trying to contact your sales team was a nightmare as the phone kept on ringing every time I attempted to call, so gave up.Collecting the car should have been an exciting event but I got a clear impression from the sales executive doing the handover that he was disinterested and wanted to get the matter over and done with as quickly as possible. I received very little explanation as to the full technical capabilities of the car. It was a case of just get on with it. I really just didn't feel like a valued customer and was an inconvenience to all concerned.Not receiving a phone call after more than two weeks after collecting the car confirms the poor experience I have received.I also have a few questions I would like to ask about an invoice item/the car/servicing plans etc but have lost the heart to attempt to get an answer from yourselves.I have purchased a good number of new cars over the years from a variety of dealerships where I have always been a welcomed customer, sadly this has not been the case with Lookers Renault Chester

Didn’t receive a response to initial enquiry for the purchase of a clio.I therefore purchased one from another retailer.

Whilst my interest in the Renault was purely cursory, I requested a part/ex valuation on my EV Megane. Within an hour, a salesman had 'phoned and given me a valuation. Although it wasn't enough to create a deal, I received a later email, to keep the interest alive. Good positive sales follow-up, without any pressure to buy. Excellent!

21.11.25 call handler booked car in for Mot and service 14.01.25 would be there for 1.30 and collect 17.00 hours. Called back to get the drivers seat belt replaced call handler advised he would call the cust back but never did. 26.11.25 cust called back and asked what is happening, 27.11 again and still no response. Called again 28.11 call made and was told Manager called Micheal would call back no call on the 02.12 called into complaints. Elaine was sending an email to chester and then the cust got a phone call, he said he would sort this and get the price and see if the vehicle was required longer. 04.12 Elaine advised 11.12 speak to Andrew who put him through to Elaine. Cust called again today as still had no response.
