The only issue I had was I was given no opportunity to say things that I wanted checking out because I was concerned. As my car was being picked up, I left a note on seat in car but I think an option should be included within the electronic communication to state any customer concerns. Other than that, it was excellent customer service.

It took a long time for a call back to agree with a price match for New Tyres that was an advisory, because the price you wanted to charge was very expensive, then to be told you didn't have them in stock this was disappointing.And when we bought the car we were given 10 free MOTS of which I have too bring my paperwork as proof each time, this should be on our file.
