service and communication- excellent. however, prior to having my car serviced with you, I took it for a wash and polish. when collecting my car- this was covered in muddy water marks and the wheels were not clean.

Fantastic service from Dylan from going for a test drive to buying the car. We were so impressed we brought two Mokkas. The whole experience was expertly dealt with, would recommend Dickens of Wrexham to anyone, especially dealing with Dylan Williams.

Initially concerned about bring in my car for servicing during the current coronavirus situation I quickly felt at ease on arrival as all Social distancing measures seemed to have been put in place. The member of staff that I dealt with throughout was extremely polite and fully explained the servicing process for the site. Overall impressed with the service offered. Car parking remains an issue as it took 10 mins to initially do so, however a member of the staff I spoke to outside was very sympathetic and was able to assist me.
