Excellent service from the sales man Darren Davis, very helpful and friendly.

I came to your showroom asking for advice for TPMS valves on my 25 Renault Master horsebox, and apart from a very nice blond lady, I have never been treated or spoken down to in this format in my life, I run 2 successful business in North Wales, and I pride myself with customer service as the main interaction for doing business.I appreciate it was 5pm on a Thursday, but Martin the parts person, came through with the parts I had ordered, following speaking to him, when I asked the service section if they could fit them to my vehicle and code the ECU, he grabbed the items, stormed off and shouted back if you still want them tell service!!Service would not offer any advice except to buy the valves and if they work great, but if they don't well nothing they can do!! I did try to explain that the current TPMS valves on the steel wheels would not fit the alloys I have, so why buy more-I was confused.But my main complaint is not the fact that the valves may or may not work it was in their attitudes- assuming I was a trades person and not buying a shiny new car!!It is time to change my Defender & Evoque ( as I do every 3 years), and was looking at what else is available, but I'm sorry with that level of after service it puts me off Lookers as a companyMany thanksGwyn Bartley-Forsyth

Lovely service

I had the Heating Matrix replaced on my car in Jan this year but unfortunately I has gone AGAIN. 1st opportunity to get it looked at wad 9th Dec (unacceptable). Last time it was fixed it took almost 6 weeks and I am NOT PREPARED to wait this long again with those time scales (3 weeks to have it looked at and past history 5 weeks to receive the part) potentially near 2 months.....The weather is starting to plummet and with no heating in my car its not going to be comfortable driving. As this is the same issue as before I would like it to be resolved immediately. Last time because it was taking so long i was giving a hire car while mine was securely stored until it was fixed. This is what I'm looking for again as stated previously I am not prepared to drive in these conditions. Kind Regards

The person I spoke to to book my test drive was very friendly and helpful but her message was not acted on in branch. The person I was scheduled to meet was out of the office, a colleague tried to help but in the end could not. The car in question was inaccessible but I was given the key to look inside. It was filthy with old food containers and it stank of cigarette smoke, it clearly was not the same car as the photographs on the website showed, ie misleading marketing, I wasted 3 hours on an unnecessary visit. I shall not be using Lookers in furture.

Appalling in that no notice was taken by your finance company as to my 8 year clean record with Nissan nor of the fact that some modest amount of 2022 finance on non car card and loan debt rearranged is covered without any delay in month to month payments and covered several multiples by my secured pension income - as analysed by me for your sales teamThe sales man Craig was very helpful but the overall experience with Renault wastd my time etc and whilst my wife could step in and acquire the offered new car leaves us sceptical about dealing with Renault at all - overall service score if 1 to 10 is minus 10

Nobody called us back. On going into store the service was very slow. we generally felt that nobody actually wanted to sell cars
