Very happy with the purchase of a new Trafic crewcab. It was a great price and John dealt with all my queries promptly and ensured a smooth transaction. There was a little issue with a part but this was sorted next day. Would recommend and will use Lookers again when needed

There was lots of inflammation given bride we came to see the car. Unfortunately I didn't purchase the car to the clutch being hard to use.

I was warmly welcomed by Daren when I arrived at Lookers Renault Chester. He greeted me by name and even offered a complimentary cup of coffee, which was a lovely touch. Daren took the time to guide me through all the options available, explaining everything clearly and patiently. At every stage I felt respected and well looked after, and I left with all the information I needed, fully explained and easy to understand. A really professional and friendly experience!
